As the graph shows, there was a decrease in the percentage of new staff hired from 2007 until 2016. The highest decrease occurred between 2010 to 2013.
From 2007 until 2010, the number of new staff hired decreased rapidly before the number dropped dramatically from 2010 to 2013. After 2013, the number remained stable.
