Dear Sir or Madam, I recently ordered an air fryer ,unfortunately when opened it, I discovered that the handle of its cap is broken.l was very disappointed to see
this
because I had a plan for preparing food at the weekend. I assume it happened
due to
the cheap packaging of the product because it is not bubble wrapped
as well as
the box used was not hard enough.l am not satisfied with your service so please provide a refund. l request to arrange the return of the broken product . the product number is 20980088 and it was delivered on 18/06/2023.if you want to arrange pickup of the parcel from home please contact me at my email address. Please do it as soon as possible. Best regards, jagdeep Singh,

Word Count

IELTS says that you should write a minimum of 150 words in writing task 1. If you go under word count you will lose marks in task response.

A very long letter will not give you a higher band score.

Aim for between 160 to 190 words in writing task 1. This will ensure a concise letter and will be realistic in terms of time management. You have only 20 minutes to write the letter and you need around 5 minutes of planning time, so you will not be able to write a long letter in 15 minutes.
