Dear Sir, I hope you are doing well. I am writing with respect to the dinner my team and I had at your restaurant today. Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Kiran Singh. My team and I meet at your restaurant once every month after our monthly review meeting. I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of the food. We met like usual yesterday and I am sorry to say that the food quality has degraded. Our usual order consists of fries and cheese spinach dip for appetizers. The Fries were too oily and the spinach dip quantity was too small for the price listed on the menu. As far as the main course is concerned, the pizza we ordered had little to no topping and the crust was too dry.
While
the quality of the meal was low, we had to wait 45 mins for the items to arrive. Our team loves the ambience of the restaurant and
hence
we frequent there. In order for us to visit your place again, it would be great if we get compensated for the meal yesterday. I hope you consider our feedback and do the needful. Yours faithfully, Kiran
