You brought a TV a week ago but when you got home you discovered it did not work properly. You called customer service to report the problem but you have not received any help. Write a letter to the company. 1. Introduce yourself 2. Explain the problem 3. What action they can take
Mr Manager,
I am writing
this
letter to make a complaint regarding the TV
I bought from your showroom last
week and it is not working well.
My name is Dhrumil Patel and I have visited your showroom several times and had a good experience with the company but when last
time on 23rd of July 2023, I bought one TV
of model number TS56- MW.
There is a problem with the TV
that it hangs and after a few minutes it automatically shutdowns. Even I tried doing factory rest but the issue is still there. After not being able to solve the problem I even tried to call your customer service. They told me they will forward my number to your technical team and they will call me in a few hours but I did not receive any call from them. So, I didn't have any choice other than to write a letter.
I want to request the replacement of the TV
as it did not even work 10 days since I bought it. ,Also
Take action on your poor customer service and encourage them to be more sincere in their work.
Hope my request will be taken into consideration as soon as possible.
Yours Faithfully,
Dhrumil PatelSubmitted by patels
