four months, I found that rubbish had been not collected properly from the truck even though I put the tins outs on the exact collection day, and when I tried to talk with the truck driver about

, he replied very rudely. Some of my neighbours have the same experience. Worst, the body of the truck is broken and all garbed drops from it on the roads. In spite of, several complaints in the local office still ,there is not any actions has taken. At least the rubbish pick-up vehicle needs to be in good condition as it is concerned with health.
