Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing

 letter in regard to the recent purchase from your company’s website. I bought a navy blue coloured formal blazer on 27th July,
that is
, yesterday at around 5 pm in the evening. The invoice number is 123456 and is in the name of John Robert. After home delivery, when I tried it I found out that the blazer was in a larger size than mentioned in the invoice. I suspect that there could have been some confusion
while
 packing it. I urgently require the original piece since I have a conference to attend on 30th July,
that is
 two days from now and I do not have a formal cloth to wear.

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
