You ordered an item from an online shop three weeks ago. The shop said you would get the item two days later but you have not received it yet. Last week you sent an email about the situation to the shop, but you did not receive a reply. Write a letter to the manager. In your letter explain the situation complain about the bad service ask for immediate delivery of your order or your money back
Dear Sir or Miss,
I am writing to complain that I am unsatisfied with your company, especially the online service system.
I am shocked because until now I have not received the products I ordered online from your company.
This
order has already booked three weeks ago. This
is a book table for decorating my new house. My order number is 123456789.
When I booked this
item, the introduction on your website said that it is available and would be delivered after 2 days, Unfortunately, I did wait with patience. I have already sent an email to your shop last
week, I can imagine that I did not receive any response till this
moment.
I can wait anymore, Kindly I hope you and the relevant department can handle this
order as soon as possible and give me a reasonable explanation. If it would not be delivered this
week, I ask for my refund as soon as possible.
As a regular customer, I am so disappointed with this
shopping experience. If you could solve this
urgent issue I will no longer patronise your company.
I look forward to your response quickly.
