The following table compares the total participation of females in senior management in three different companies ( Eldan

) from 1975 to 2015. Looking from an
overall
perspective, it is readily apparent that Eldan
Ltd

's number was leading throughout the given period, followed by Banforth
Ltd
with moderate growth,
while
the least organization and only a declined their population was Finsbury

. In 1975, in terms of Eldan
Ltd

's number was 3% ,which still stood until 1980, from that point on, it dramatically increased to 64%, which was the highest figure in the graph, between 1985 and 2015.
