Dear sir/ madam I am writing

regards the party that you host

weekend. I really appreciate that you organise it really well. The sitting arrangements and food was nice too. But I want to lead you to your weakness. Though I ask for a vegetarian option

I book catering but we didn't get any kind of vegetarian food

while

we serve. Some of our members eat just bread on that day which is embarrassing for me.

While

ask to your staff to refund those members' food they answer in an inappropriate way that seems too rude to me. ,

Also

you arrange inexperienced staff for us even they don't understand what we are looking for. So , I am requesting you to correct those things next time. Or I can book some other caters for my next meeting.
