The pie chart compares, four different types of consumption of food in the year 2008 in two countries and across the globe. To summarize, in the given period, the consumption of food stood first in China followed by India.

, the ratio of processed meals was the highest throughout the world and the rest were insignificant. In China, the average foodstuff consumed was 34% and 32% in processed meals and vegetables and fruits.

, the animal meal and nuts and seeds were 15% and 19%.
