Nowadays it is easy to apply for and be given a credit card. However, some people experience problems when they are not be able to pay their debts back. In your opinion, do the advantages of credit cards outweigh the disadvantages?

These days, it is straightforward to sign up for a

people
 find it difficult when they encounter financial issues as they cannot repay the

 balance they owe.
While
 there are some drawbacks associated with
credit
 cards, I believe the main benefits are more substantial. On the one hand, a potential disadvantage of owning a
credit
card
 may be the tendency to overspend.
Due to
 the fact that these companies made it possible to purchase over your budget with the perks, discounts and unlimited
credit
for instance
,
people
 are more likely to be extravagant with their
money
 and do compulsive shopping
that is
 exceeding their income.
Thus
, individuals would not be able to keep track of their purchases which may result in a sizeable number of unnecessary expenses. Another perceived negative is that
people
 are getting used to not having any paper
money
 with them and it may cause problems.

, when you take a taxi and the car does not have access to the electronic equipment to get the fare with a
credit
card
.
On the other hand
, a primary advantage of applying for a
credit
card
 is that we do not need to carry a tremendous amount of cash in our wallet.
In other words
, these cards have enabled us to carry
money
 as much as we want without taking the risks of losing it or being mugged or pickpocketed, to the contrary, stealing
money

credit
 cards is almost impossible. A

 benefit is undoubtedly having more buying options. With the advancement in technology and E-purchasing,
people
 can benefit from a wide variety of goods. In my personal experience, recently I wanted to buy a travel bag pack and if I did not have access to different companies’ websites with the
credit
 payment option, I would not have had a high-quality product. On balance, it is true that having a
credit
card
 would seem disadvantageous under certain circumstances.
However
, in my view, its positive effects in terms of convenience of carrying large amounts of
money
 and expanding your choices to buy from, override the disadvantages.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.
