You recenly received a letter from your bank that should have contain a new credit card. Unfortunately, the card was not in the letter. Write a letter to your bank manager. In your letter: -Explain what has happened. -Suggest the card could be cancelled for security reasons. -Ask when the new credit card can be sent to you.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to raise a security issue regarding the classified letter I received
last
Friday. I am afraid the new credit card
, that was supposed to be inside an envelope of the letter, is missing.
First of all, as soon as received your post, I opened it and checked for a new card
. Unfortunately, the card
was not there. Furthermore
, I checked my mailbox again, believing that there could be another letter for this
card
, but I could not find any other envelope there.
Therefore
, I would like to raise a request to cancel the missing credit card
that ends with digits 6474 for security reasons. Additionally
, it would be good if you could place an order for a new credit card
on my behalf.
However
, I will be on vacation till the 30th of October. So I would like to request you to dispatch this
delivery on or after
this
Monday.
I hope you will take quick action on my issue. I look forward to receiving a prompt reply!
Yours faithfully,
