, it can be seen that a large part of the individuals trained often but the proportion of men was higher than that of women, except for the youngest and the oldest

groups. 48,9% of the males between 25 and 34 years exercised regularly and

percentage increased to around 53% in the gap between 35 and 64. In comparison, the number of frequently training females fluctuated between 42 and 45% between their 25th and 64th year. There was a slight decline to 39% in the
age
gap between 35 and 44, which was the group with the highest difference in proportions between men and women. The same amount of people (around 46%) from both sexes did regular physical activities from the
age
of 65 and above. Women between the ages of 15 and 24 were more active (with 52.8%) than men in the same category, which reached 47.7%.
