Dear Restaurant Owner, Yesterday evening , I and my family members booked a
table
to celebrate my son's birthday in your restaurant . Having been to your restaurant many times , I was extremely disappointed with your service yesterday.
To begin
with, after arriving at the hotel we noticed that our pre-booked
table
was occupied by other customers .We requested the staff to allocate a new
table
and it almost took 45 minutes to arrange the
table
.
Additionally
,the waitress didn't show up for an hour to take the order. We planned to leave the
table
due to
the wait time but

we had to stay because I already paid the bill for the package I had chosen.Apparently, the food taste is at its minimal.
Furthermore
, I observed that a plethora of customers were annoyed
due to
the long waiting time to place the order . Knowing you for many years, I would recommend you to improve the administration and the supply chain. Regards, Vikram Kallem .
