, there was a steady decrease in the growth
of property prices in Algeria, while
China's values displayed a remarkable increase from 2007 to 2010. Argentina had an unstable trend throughout the same period.
In 2007, Algeria accounted for the highest growth
percentage among the three countries, with just over 6%. It then
declined by approximately 1.5% in 2008 and finished at 3% at the end
of the recorded period. By contrast
, China exhibited the lowest rate in 2007, with only 2%. This
percentage roughly doubled in the following year and then
had the highest growth
of about 6.5% in 2010.
As for Argentina, an irregular pattern of rise and fall in the growth
of property prices was recorded. After reaching its peak of nearly 5% in 2008, it fell dramatically to just over 1% in 2009 and then
