There are several grammar and usage issues that need to be corrected. For instance, 'The firstly stage' should be 'The first stage', and 'it should be maintained in glass factory' could be clearer. Try to improve grammatical accuracy for a higher score.
vocabulary
You could use more varied vocabulary to make your writing more engaging. Avoid repetitive phrases like 'should be'. Instead of 'it should be burnt in furnace with the high temperature', try 'it is melted in a furnace at high temperatures'.
