In recent years, many companies have added an
interview
section to their hiring process before they decide to hire their employees. Some people that are related to
this
task might think it is necessary to
interview
first
while
others say they can categorise by other methods. In the following paragraphs, both views and my opinion will be outlined. On the one hand, an
interview
by people from the human resource section or the applying section can give advantages to the companies. Team or person who coming to
interview
the person who is going to work with him/her in the future. They will ask you some questions to test their attitude and communication
skills
. Some of them even look at what they are wearing on that day to guess the wearer's personality as one of the assessing components.
On the other hand
, some methods are used
such
as giving the interviewees tests,
such
as if the interviewees majoring in civil engineering, they will give related questions and see how they will solve the problems. The companies that use
this
method mostly concentrate on their knowledge and
skills
in that field.
Additionally
, some of the interviewees might come from the suggestion of another person in the organisation itself. So, the
interview
part can be neglected as they trust their own employees. In my opinion, I would say using both methods can bring the positive sides to the corporations.
