in an Express train
while

I started my journey from Vasai Road on 23rd April 2024 at 7:30 pm via Daud

the Daud
train
. The train
number of this
train
was 22643 and my departure station was Surat, at 10:30 pm. I had booked my tickets in a 3 tier AC coach and my seat number was B3/64. I had kept the portfolio
underneath my seat which had all my important documents including passport and ID proofs. The portfolio
was black in colour and was big enough to carry A3 sized documents. It had a handle on the top along with
chain to open it.
I would request you to inform your train
staff to visit the coach and check if they are able to find my portfolio
under the seat. The last
station of the train
is going to be on 24th of April and since the training is still running hence
, there are chances that my portfolio
will still be there. If your staff is able to find it then
request you to hand it over to the Railway Police and they can contact me on 9730443217, I will accordingly
go and pick up.
Appreciate prompt action and response from your end.
Yours faithfully,
