The two pie charts illustrate the result of a survey in Parkway Hotel about customer service and the feedback form was given to 100 visitors.
Although
the study was compere between 2005 to 2010.
Overall
, it is clear from the charts that the majority of guests rated the services were satisfactory in 2005.
while
the result escalated from satisfactory to good and excellent after passing the five years. looking at the first pie chart, it is crystal clear that in 2005, half of the proportion of people gave the rating satisfactory which constituted 49%.
Whereas
, poor and very poor stool second in the feedback questionnaire was 21% and 15% respectively. the ratio of excellent customer service was recorded at only 5% and good was doubled by 14%. looking at the rest of the information, it is seen from the second pie chart that satisfaction fell to 17%.
However
, there was an increase in good and excellent percentages which were 39% and 28% respectively. Meanwhile, there was a decline in the ratio of poor and very poor which showed the lowest proportion in 2010.
