Most of the time, when we meet new individuals in different places, we judge them immediately based on their personality and whether we like them or not. I firmly believe this is not a good behavior for three compelling reasons.

No, I do not think it should be changed as they're most likely to appear more of an option of choice and action, than a known trend. However, I do tend to realise that most of art's popularity is from females, as the same goes for scientists males, and here's why.
