One primary concern about reducing animal products in our diet is the risk of vitamin B12 deficiency. This vitamin is mainly found in meat and dairy products, while plant-based foods like fruits, vegetables, and legumes do not provide sufficient amounts of B12. Vitamin B12 is essential for keeping our bodies and skin healthy. If someone does not get enough vitamin B12, they might feel very tired or weak because B12 helps our body make red blood cells. These cells cannot function properly without a sufficient supply, which can lead to anemia. A lack of B12 can also affect mental health, potentially leading to memory issues, mood changes, or difficulties concentrating.

Although people living in conventional houses might have to deal with security issues, I think they will gain more advantages due to the fact that house sizes are usually bigger than those of apartments.

A vast majority of people think that engaging in a competitive environment such as the workplace, educational centre, and in our everyday life is a good practice, while others think being in a cooperative environment is better. In my opinion, I believe that a collaborative environment helps to achieve a task aim by sharing ideas, while competition promotes setbacks
