It is true that few individuals believe youngsters should get married before they turn 30. However, not all the effects of this phenomenon have been positive, although there are certainly some advantages. Most workers are not used to doing physical activities after a workday neither/as well as on their days off. As a consequence of that, the number of people who suffer from health disorders is growing. People are becoming workaholic and are working long shifts, even overtime, being the main factor associated with a bad lifestyle. Doing physical activity in work environments might be an excellent measure to counteract this issue.
