Nowadays, there are plenty of bags available in the market like shoulder bags, messenger bag etc. If I talk about myself, I think I would like to buy a bagpack. Instead of bying it through online sites, I would rather buy it from the shopping mall nearby my vicinity. Since I would buy a branded bagpack, so it may cost me around 2 to 3,000 rupees. However, sometimes various companies give 10-20% discount for boosting their sales, so if I wait till the offer, it might cost me around 1600 rupees. I prefer this kind of bag beacuse they are more comfortable and practical in day to day use. I commute to different places by scooty so backpack is easy to carry on it. Moreover it distributes the burden equally on the shoulders and back, so one can carry it for long hours.

Despite this finding, these are multiple evidences to suggest that leadership can be taught. One such example is the abundance of leadership programs available at universities and at work places. A research study from the Harvard Medical School showed that the human brain can reset neural pathways to change behavior and affect performance change in others. If we can change the way we act, surely we can learn the traits of good leaders. Finally, many good leaders have faced struggles early in their lives. However, the governments have to do various steps to tackle this problems. The governments could also charge for private vehicles in peak hours to discourage drivers from travelling in that periods. Secondly, some strict rules should be imposed to reduce the emissions from vehicles and propagandize to use the enviromentally friendly energy sources.
