Nowadays many people explore different cultures and traditions by travelling to those places and having real life experience while some opponents believe that same thing can be achieved by just scrolling the net about different information. I reckon that the learning experience that one gets from practical demonstration is far better than theoretical.

Nowadays more and more people are using cellphones and computers to communicate, so they are losing the ability to communicate with each other face to face. To what extent do you agree or disagree with the statement?

With the advent of latest technology and computerization , nowadays folks started talking with each other by means of mobiles and computers and weakning their social behaviour. I partially agree with the above statement and will give my views in the following paragraphs. On the one hand , due to smartphones and many applications in them it is easier for a long distance sitting people to connect with each other for example Skype and Facebook platform which nowadays many people use for online chatting and calling which makes communication so comfortable and easier. On the other hand , though social gathererings and personal meetings reduced a lot with the invention of new means of communication but that doesn't mean masses lost their connections with each other

Nowadays ,unemployment rate has been becoming an alarming issues for many countries .To combat with this issues ,regimes provide weekly allowance to the unemployed people,which they can use to fullfill in their basics needs.Some people said it is unjustice for those who are regular tax payers.I concur with former perspective ,government supports make the unemployed people to independent.

Nowadays, both states and individuals are spending a big amount of money on the protection of animals and ecosystem balance. Although some people believe that this money could be better invested in addressing urgent issues in society such as poverty and health care, I am on the side with those who agree that spending money on the environment is always necessary for people's lives and that should always be on the first priority.

In conclusion, becoming personal effectiveness is a long journey. In my context, I work in a IT Company, I manage the an integration system which requires a lot of communication. I believe that the relationships, power & influence is the core framework to develop myself. Relationship is built by trust and integrity, power and influence are built by the role, knowledge and social. My objectives are to becoming a great leader. It is measured by the projects what I deliver on time, good quality. More important things are the building up a team with coherent and productive, forming up a wide and quality network.
