Nowadays, it is important to know a foreign language. In my home country, only private schools teach a foreign language. The small community promotes a better neighbourhood. Because, in a little area, is easy to get acquainted with the inhabitants and maintain communication with them. Consequently, the neighbours are being together to share emotions and offer their hands in case of difficulties. That means, living in such area provides mental supports. For example, in my village, a poor young boy has got the expensive treatment for having colon cancer with the help of the local community as they strongly felt for the boy of their society.

I firmly agree with the statement prevention measures should be taken. However, scientists should always be doing research for treatments, could save millions of lives.

I opine that government's focus should be more in improving the lives of members of its community. The reasons for my opinion would be discussed below.
