In the twenty first century, most of the people migrating towards the large towns in order to meet their daily needs. People living in such big cities are facing different issues in daily life, whether it could be the traffic jams, pollution, health issues, work life balance etc. I believe that the government should focus on providing better infrastructure and transportation facilities rather than encouraging them for moving towards regional towns.

It is believed by some people that giving opportunity to people to involve in the official work after their age of 60 will create many problems. In my opinion, I completely agree that allowing adults to do a job after 60 years will have detrimental effects on the fresh graduates, company’s advancement and productivity.

In this essay, I will discuss about the way to deal with that child and the other solutions.
