STRESS-RELATED ILLNESSES ARE BECOMING INCREASINGLY COMMON. WHAT DO YOU THINK ARE THE CAUSES OF THIS? WHAT SOLUTIONS CAN YOU SUGGEST?

Nowadays, people are significantly suffering from sickness due to stress. This essay will discuss the main causes of stress-related sicknesses including work pressures and health problems. This essay will also suggest solutions to these issues, including following physical exercise and maintaining a balanced diet.

Some people believe that it is a good idea to share as much information as possible in scientific research, business and the academic world. Others believe that some information is too important or too valuable to be shared freely. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Knowledge is power. Freedom of expression and speech is a crucial part of most modern societies. Within this culture, many people believe that by sharing information freely among all humanity, the future of the world is enhanced. Although some reasons for sharing information freely include rapid development of science and benefit of humanity, I believe it should not be solicited without pay because information needs finance and security.

With the advancement of high-tech media, some people hold that the public libraries would be rendered obsolete if they do not offer software, videos or DVDs to their users while the other assert it’s only a waste of limited resources and the libraries should offer books only.

Some people say that the best way to improve public health is by increasing the number of sports facilities. Others, however, say that this would have little effect on public health and that other measures are required. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Improving the level of health of the general population is becoming increasingly necessary and there are different perspectives on how to achieve this. While some are of the view that it is best done by adding to the number of sports facilities, other people believe, which I agree, that there are other important factors that should be considered and these would be discussed below.

The rapid technological advancements over the last century have come at the cost of a briskly deteriorating environment around us. Many think that only governments and large companies can help alleviate this problem. However, I disagree with this notion and think that individuals have an equally vital role to play in improving the environment. Government alone cannot do anything unless people follow regulations and do little things on their part too.

These days, due to the latest development of the Internet, people can easily provide their feedback or write their perspective about the products which they bought. In my opinion, it is certainly a good thing as reviews help other people in their purchase and help manufacture deciding improvement area, but there are some disadvantages too.

With the advancement of technology, accessibility of the internet has been increased to a greater extent. Some people take it as a positive revolution, while others argue it to have a negative impact on our lives. In my opinion, It is a positive trend which has made every aspect of our life easier than ever before.

In some nations, more men and women are deciding to live by themselves these days as compared to recent years. I think this is a positive development because it can reduce stress as people can live freely without any restrictions and they can save their time.

The development of online shopping is increasing and this will one day result in the closing of all shops in rural and urban areas. This essay agrees with the statement because people can save a lot of time via online shopping and it provides the best price to customers.

In recent years, there has been a rise in the popularity of second-hand clothing amongst younger generations. Why is this happening? Do you think it’s a positive or negative development?

The popularity of used clothes among young people has been increased these days. This is happening because of the scarcity of money, and unemployment and I believe this trend is a positive development as it can decrease the environmental problems.

In todays advanced world we have an abundance of choices available. Rightly so, some people think they have a lot of options to choose from. This essay will argue that with the advancement in science, technology and industrial revolution there are plenty of choices available.

As it is always said that prevention is better than cure, I agree that authority should focus towards reducing health issues but, at the same time should provide all the needed medical facilities for curing the diseased ones.

Many teachers hold the view that international exchange programs would bring benefits to all teenage school students. In my opinion, although such programs can be disadvantageous to students to a certain extent, I believe that the advantages are still more significant.

The United Nations was established at the end of the Second World War in order to provide a peaceful way to resolve national differences. Since its formation 70 years ago, there has not been a Third World War. Furthermore, the UN has expanded its global role to include many more activities besides peacekeeping. This essay will look at some of the UN’s achievements and predict what the future might hold for the organisation.

Peoples’ attire is a critical aspect of their lives. It is considered by some that choice of clothes can be a way of knowing immensely about a person’s culture and personality. In my view, I agree with this notion and this essay will discuss reasons for it.
