Some people think that entertainers such as film stars, pop musicians or sport starts are paid too much. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Which other type of job should be highly paid?

The entertainment industry has become a symbol of affluence. It is therefore not surprising that some individuals believe stars are outrageously paid. I completely agree with this opinion and I believe that professionals who are involved with the welfare of the people such as health personnel, farmers -to mention a few- should rather be paid more.

Many people are working at home rather than in the workplace. Some people believe this will bring benefits to the workers and their families, but others suggest it will cause stress in the home. Discuss both sides and give your opinion.

While it is sometimes believed that working from home affords and their families some benefits, others, however, are of the opinion that it would be stressful to the home. In my opinion, I consider that working from home presents important benefits that would impact positively on the quality of life of workers and their families.

Public transportation is a great way to travel, particularly within a metropolis. The metro is the most convenient way to get around a city. Do you agree or disagree?

Densely populated cities around the world require well developed public transportation system to move people around so according to many, the underground railway system seems the most suitable for this purpose. In my opinion, I consider that the metro can offer the convenience people need to move around in a busy city as it will provide a hitch-free journey for passengers.

In some countries an increasing number of people are suffering from health problems as a result of eating too much fast food. It is therefore necessary for governments to impose a higher tax on this kind of food. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion? You should use your own ideas, knowledge and experience and support your arguments with examples and relevant evidence.

The jury is out on whether the federal government should impose levies on junk meals or not There are many scholars who would support this idea and a whole lot more will kick against it. I believe the government should intervene in this issue through taxation policies.

In many nations, both developed and developing countries, a small percentage of the population earn an extremely large amount of money. Nowadays both parents and teachers give undue importance to academic grades. Some people feel that since children get too much free time, they should use it to do their school work. I do not agree with this view.

The majority of people think that information sharing in science, business, and theories play an important role in our modern world, while others say that it is not necessary to publish know-how to community. From my perspective, I agree with the point of view that we should not reveal many precious information in a public way, which can have multiple negative impacts on the development of society and economy.

In contemporary societies, governments spend a large part of their budget not only on public services, but also the arts. Although I agree that it is important to invest in communal facilities, arts should not be neglected.

Nowadays, students should study at school until 18 years old. I completely agree with that the people should stay at home until they are 18 years old. Firstly, this essay will discuss that the school is a place where will teach the students a lot of general knowledge to help them become the moral people. Secondly, It will also discuss that the people who are under 18 years old, are young and don’t have a lot of experience in their daily life.

Childhood is the most crucial stage of the human life. Many thinkers believe that the group activities must be promoted among children, rather than enabling a child to remain busy on his own. Both these notions, along with my personal view, will be discussed in this essay.

Some people see the government effort to promote the arts as a misuse of money which could be better invested in other sectors of society. However, this essay, disagreeing with this belief, is going to clarify the role of the arts in our society and explain why they deserve to be funded.

Children who are brought up in families that do no have large amounts of money are better prepared to deal with problems of adult life than children brought up by wealthy parents. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is often argued that children who belong to financially challenged backgrounds become more robust to tackle the possible hardships of adulthood compared to those of rich parents. I firmly agree with this viewpoint, as youngsters of less-privileged parents are often more responsible and financially independent than their wealthy counterparts.

Nowadays, every person likes to be acquainted with the news and these news clippings are often shown with some striking images. Some thinkers believe that the pictures presented along with the news items are more effective than words, to which I have dissenting views.

Universities should accept equal numbers of men and women in every subject. To what extent do you agree with this statement?

Gender issues have been increasing in importance through the centuries. In almost every sphere of human activity, there has been a movement towards greater equality between men and women. Although I agree that universities should open their doors to all students alike, in my view, they need not set a fixed limit on the number of men and women they accept in each subject. The bases for my views are psychological and personal.

Residing in a foreign land where a new language is required from one can be very problematic. I totally agree with this because language is a crucial aspect of communication and as such is required in exchange of goods and services as well as in places of work.

To some persons, wealth is most essential because it gives one the chance to help others. However, because of the unappreciative nature of most individuals, I disagree with this opinion. I believe that the primary use of wealth should be for one's responsibilities.

The allocation of and judicious expenditure of public funds is a lingering topical issue for governments around the world today. Although I agree that it is important to spend money on public services, I do not think money spent on the arts is a useless venture.

Most people share contrasting opinions on the most appropriate way the government ought to allocate its funds. Some believe spending on art is a complete waste and this fund should rather be spent on other sectors. In my opinion, finding other areas of governance is just as essential as spending on art for a number of reasons.

Being a celebrity such as a famous film star or sports personality brings problems as well as benefits. Do you think that being a celebrity brings more benefits or more problems?

In their lifetime everyone has thought of being famous. Everything comes with pros and cons and being a renowned star is no different. The advantages and disadvantages of being a celebrity along with my opinion are discussed in forthcoming paragraphs.
