Some people think that school should reward students who show the best academic results, while others believe that it is more important to reward students who show improvements. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

A section of society is in the view of rewarding students who performs excellent in their academic exams. However, others say that it is significantly necessary to acknowledge more of the students who are improving. In my opinion, it is profoundly important to give recognition to someone trying to excel in their studies.

It is important for children to learn the difference between right and wrong at an early age. Punishment is necessary to help them learn this distinction. To what extent do you agree or disagree? What sort of punishment should parents and teachers be allowed to use to teach good behaviour for children?

There exists a controversial notion that children at a young age are supposedly taught how to differentiate right and wrong and the key factor helping them attain this skill is punishment. I am personally in favour of this idea for some following compelling reasons and this essay would suggest some other feasible types of punishment that can be used effectively by parents and teachers to constitute a good manner for children.

There is no doubt that university education is necessary for a student's overall development. Many argue that universities should focus on sports as much as they do in studies. I believe that sports and fitness is crucial for an individual, and schools should fund them equally as libraries.

Some people believe that studying arts should be made compulsory in schools because it would improve the overall performance of the students and being multi-skilled, they can easily learn new things. However, I do not agree with this view and discuss it in the essay.

Nowadays, the growth in traffic and pollution are the main problem the world is facing. Some people think that the rise in petrol will solve this problem. To a certain extent, I agree that it will solve the issues while there are also many other measures to tackle it.

It is argued that the best method of enjoying a vacation is by avoiding planning for it. In my opinion, I totally disagree with this statement because I believe that planning could save a lot of money and time.

Some people are not in favour of spending money on gifts, which are presented to family members or friends, as they think that they may not like it, and it could be a waste of money. In my opinion, I totally disagree with this statement because giving gifts is one way of strengthening family bonds, and it improves global economy.

Sky soaring university fees and decreasing employment opportunities have led certain people to say that only practical courses such as medicine, engineering and architect should be offered by educational institutes, as they increase the pupil's chances of landing a job, while others are of diverse opinion. However, in my view, artistic subjects are equally important for the overall development of the mankind and hence, universities should provide them for students who are interested in pursuing them. Several arguments that augment my standing, are discussed in this essay.

The number of retirement homes, is rapidly increasing around the world, owing to the trend of elderly people moving to them. In the viewpoint, of some people, family should pay for their expenses, while others are of diverse opinion. However, in my view, the state should pay for their costs, as some people might be too old to support the elders of the family and the financial condition of every family is different.

Nowadays, much concern has been directed to the differences between males and females. Indeed, these differences lead to sort some jobs, according to gender. It has been stated that men are better to perform specific tasks, while other tasks can be done by the soft gender. In my opinion, I totally agree that some types of work require a specific gender.
