In modern society, the topic of how many holidays should be given to employees remains a source of controversy, with some arguing that a minimum of four weeks per year is appropriate. In my view, I strongly agree that longer vacations can contribute to higher productivity and better job performance.
One of the widely discussed issues nowadays is the impact of globalization on cultural identity. As mass communication and transportation grow, societies increasingly resemble each other, leading some to fear that globalization could result in the loss of unique cultural characteristics. Personally, I tend to think that globalization does pose a threat to cultural diversity and may lead to a significant loss of cultural identity.

In today’s society, certain children spend considerable intervals on their mobile phones. I believe this is a negative development as it does not contribute positively to a child’s future prospects and present well-being. Additionally, it exacerbates mental and physical health issues, leading to poor academic performance and weakened social interactions. These points are elaborated upon in the following essay.
It is often argued that athletes' salaries are extremely high in many countries. Some claim they earn more than they deserve, while others believe that their income is appropriate to the profession. This essay will explore both perspectives and present a reasoned conclusion.
I completely agree with that statement. Firstly, people who became good after doing illegal acts can describe the psychological and emotional effects of these repercussions, and secondly, how life felt in prison and its side effects afterwards.
In recent years, many children have struggled with passing core academic subjects, such as math and physics. As a result, some argue that non-academic subjects, like cooking and physical education, should be removed from the school curriculum to allow students to focus solely on their academic work. I firmly disagree with this view. In my opinion, non-academic subjects play a crucial role in a child’s overall development and should remain part of the curriculum. This essay will discuss my perspective.
Childhood obesity is becoming increasingly prevalent in Australia, with nearly two-thirds of children now categorized as obese. It has been argued that educational institutions should be held responsible for monitoring students' diets and physical activity. While I agree that they play a vital role, I believe this responsibility should be shared with families and society as a whole.

It is a contentious issue whether it is necessary to use computer simulation in the physical and mental health healing procedures. I concur with the usage of this virtual technology because it can internally heal the patients and present an idea of their state of mind. This essay will elucidate these points in the impending paragraphs.
There is a common belief that prioritizing human needs for farmland, housing, and industry is more essential than preserving land for endangered animals. However, I disagree with this point of view and firmly believe that maintaining the ecological balance is vital. Flora and fauna play a significant role in sustaining life on our planet, and every living organism has its unique contribution to the well-being of Earth and humanity.
People claim that environmental issues have become too vast for individual persons or single countries to handle, suggesting that these are international problems requiring a global response. I would argue that global cooperation is indeed essential to effectively address these challenges.
Environmental degradation represents a major threat to life on Earth, but some people believe that we need to accept rather than try to stop it. I completely disagree with this idea, because I believe that we have much time to tackle this issue and reduce the human impact on the Earth's climate.
One of the most pressing challenges we face as a society is pollution. While there are various sources of contamination, vehicle emissions, mainly CO2, rank at the top of the list. Some argue that government investment in mass transit systems and lower ticket prices could effectively mitigate this issue. I wholeheartedly agree; initiatives aimed at creating eco-friendly public transportation systems and promoting their use at reduced prices would likely encourage more individuals to opt for public transit instead of relying on their cars.
Businesses have always sought to make a profit, but it is becoming increasingly common to hear people talk about the social obligations that companies have. I completely agree that companies should provide some benefits for society than simply make money.
It has become more common for aircraft to be used to send agricultural products to some nations with poor harvests. While some people are optimistic about this trend, others have some reasons against it. I support the former view, for it can promote the health of people when they are able to access various kinds of products regardless of potential concern for air pollution with the increase of flights.
There are multiple factors involved in job selection, ranging from an excellent profile to sheer luck. It can be argued that the interview forms a crucial part of the hiring process, but I do not agree that it is the most important. I contend that the individual’s achievements and professional experience of the candidate are more significant in this process.
The debate over the implications of the migration of people from rural to urban areas has sparked considerable controversy. While some argue this trend brings growth opportunities for rural people, I believe its negative impacts are of higher significance due to the reasons this essay further elaborates on.
For many decades, traditional exams have been the primary method for evaluating students. However, these days, most schools have shifted to new approaches for assessing their students. I believe the new techniques are much more worthwhile than the old-fashioned ones.
It is admitted that technology has made man more social. I firmly agree with this statement.
Some people believe that technological advancements are increasing the income gap among social classes, while others argue that they enable access to higher-quality products, savings, and improved well-being. From my perspective, I firmly agree with the latter statement.
By applying technological devices in daily life, the criminal percentage has been reduced. I firmly agree with this statement.
