You recently bought an expensive electronic product from a store, and found that the product does not work properly. Write a letter to the store manager. In your letter, complain about the problem; propose action for the store to take; request confirmation that this is agreed

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing
this
letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding the dishwasher that I have purchased at your store. I am a regular customer and have purchased many items at your store but, never faced an issue before. The dishwasher was installed on the following day of the purchase.
However
, when I tried to operate the dishwasher, it gave me a buzzing sound followed by a blinking red light. I tried restarting it several times but faced the same result.
This
was not the case when the agent demonstrated to me in the store. I spent a huge deal of money buying
this
and I am now regretting my decision.
Therefore
, I request you to take the installed appliance back and replace it with a new working model. If you don't have the same appliance in stock, I demand an immediate full payment refund
instead
of future delivery. kindly confirm which of the above-mentioned suggestions is agreeable to you. I Look forward to hearing from you Regards, Sreedhar
