Nowadays, due to the fact that we spend most of our life working, many have questioned how is it possible to rise

satisfaction. In my opinion, it is not only a matter of payment, but
also
and more importantly a matter of recognition. These two factors play a key role in the motivation of every kind of jobs, and careers. Money has always been the main incentive used by companies, in fact, there are careers,

as manager or seller, that have been historically built up using the concept that the more you give, the more you gain. More often now than ever, workers are overworked and underpaid, with increasing dissatisfaction. Companies have no idea about what exactly their employees do, so the old mindset to give

reason it has to be found a way to

raise the level or amount of something

satisfaction for all workers, and it is

doable, in fact, a

can monitor the real amount of work accomplished with daily or weekly activity check. In my view, activity check would

. Overall, it is my opinion that

something that many different workplaces can implement.
