Dear Mr.Peter,
This
 is Ms.Lama from the British School in England and we would like to arrange an international trip for our high school students to Paris.I will discuss several issues in

 letter with you.
First
, we are planning to travel by the end of May because the weather will be perfect for us to walk and do various activities.
Furthermore
, I did not receive a confirmation regarding the date from our tourism agency,
however
, we suggested to travel on Thursday, May 25 which is the
last
 Thursday of the month.
Second
, our students would like to stay for three weeks, which is 21 days, including the days of arrival and departure.I guess
this
 duration is perfect for us to do all our planned activities.

, our school is a highly standards one so we have to stay at least four-star hotel including half board and snacks.We do care about our kids safety and relief.We will have 25 students plus 3 teachers and 1 administrator, so in total 29 people.
