Some people often claim that it is much better to employ young specialists than the older ones because of the continuous changes which are tend to occur at the modern jobs. I am inclined to believe that it is not true. It is believed that the main advantage of employing young people is that they are more likely to foster innovations whereas the senior employees would probably not like the idea of any changes. To some extent, it can be true,
