Most high level positions in companies are filled by men even though the workforce in many developed countries is more than 50 percent female. Companies should be required to allocate a certain percentage of positions to women. To what extent do you agree?

In corporate offices, a lot of high profile positions are managed by male authorities even though more than half of the working staff is female in developed countries.

statement. A famous proverb saying that ’Womens’s are the best creation of God’.
