Some people argue that it can have some positive effects on their performance, whereas others believe that it will not make any difference.  Some employees cope with a lot of responsibilities and stress in their workplace,

, they need to do activities that help them improve their mental states. Many experts affirm that exercising can decrease the stress levels and it can improve job performance. There are some jobs where people remain seated during a long period, not stretching any muscle and not moving much.

When it comes to practicing sports, employees can focus their mind on other activities rather than just be concerned about their job.
