Big salary is much more important than job satisfaction. Do you agree or disagree?

A section of
this
society
believes that higher wages have more values than
work
fulfilment in
life
. I tend to disagree with
this
view. I am of the opinion that
work
satisfaction
is more important than
money
earned from that
job
. Ideas articulated

in
this
discourse will support my stand and at the same time highlight certain contradictory views that others in the
society
might possibly have. The primary reason for my belief is inner pleasant, which gain
work
fulfilment. When a person is doing any
work
with full dedication gives more positive vibration which increases joy in
life
.
For Example

work

On the other hand

ndividual in the
society
who are to the outlook that
money
is more important than

fulfilment. One of the possible reasons for
this
view is materialism. People think that only
money
can buy all the comfort of
life
and they start to believe
this
comfort is only given happiness in
life
.
This
estimation, perhaps, stems from the fact that
money
is more valuable at the time of retirement. The reason behind that most of all underdeveloped country has less social security benefits at the time of the end of employment due to retirement. To conclude, these surely are those in the
society
who seem to be convinced with fact that
money
is more important for
life
enjoyment and retirement security and they assumingly have all right reasons to back their conviction. I,
however
, am of the firm opinion that
work
satisfaction
is more important over the
job
because it increases moral values of the person which leads to internal happiness, and
this
shows
job
satisfaction
is more valuable in the
life
.
