You travelled to another city on business last week, and there was a problem with your hotel room. Write to the hotel manager. In your letter… Tell the manager about the problems you had Explain to them how you feel about what happened Let them know what actions you would like them to take. You do NOT need to write any addresses. Begin your letter as follows: Dear Sir or Madam,
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to report to you one of the problems I have encountered during my stay at your esteemed hotel.
Although
the overall experience was mesmerizing, this
specific problem made me feel a bit low. The concern was about the hot water supply which never worked throughout my trip. I was promised by your staff that it would be fixed as early as possible whenever I tried to remind the problem. Despite the false promises, the challenge continued to happen.
Please consider looking at all aspects of the stay before the guests checked in. It would provide an incredible experience to the customer and the entire value of the hotel. If you wanted to speak to me about the feedback in detail, please let me know. I hope you would consider my request favourably.
I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
Yours faithfully,
