You bought a piece of furniture from a store in another town recently. There is a problem with the item you purchased. Write a letter to the store manager. In your letter explain the details of your purchase describe the problem that you have with it suggest what can be done about it
Dear Sir/Madam,
I recently bought a computer desk from your store. I am writing
this
letter to let you know about quite a few problems that I have faced with the purchase.
I bought this
'Damro Mahagony Wood Professional Computer table' at your store in Koramangala on 10th April 2022. The purchase order number is PRAPR10042022.
Firstly
, I was told that the order would be delivered the next
day, but the reality was, it was delivered a week later. Next
, it was mentioned to me that I could do self-assembly and because of that, I did not book a technician's help with the assembly. Lastly
, a few of the assembly parts like hinges and screws were also
missing.
I suggest that in order to avoid such
poor customer experience in future, you should mention that a technician help is mandatory for the assembly and also
ensure to put in robust quality control measures to ensure that all of the mentioned parts of the desk are provisioned.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours Sincerely,
