Women and men are commonly seen as having different strengths and weaknesses. Is it right to exclude males or females from certain professions because of their gender?

Many people nowadays discuss

discrimination at work, and it's an ongoing debate whether men and
women
can perform a specific task based on their strengths and weakness.

essay does not agree with the statement that one should not be judged based on sex but hired based on knowledge, qualification and experience.

, nowadays, companies run campaigns on

equality, representing that

males and females have equal rights in the available position.
Although
many say
women
are emotionally weaker;

, one can say that it's their key strength to understand the client's pain and offer better services, the same as men.

, a recent survey shows that most customer support organisations have an equal

inequality, has noticed a dramatic change during the pandemic as

genders stood together equally as doctors and nurses, serving the patient emotionally and efficiently. Again,

represents that males and females can stand the same level of stress and pressure;

, they can carry out any professional work based on their knowledge and experience. To sum up, men and
women
should have the same right in any professional post,
although
physically, they might not be identical.
However
, hiring should be unbiased and offer a job to any

who can do justice to the position based on their experience, knowledge and qualification rather than sex-
