you bought a piece of furniture from a store in another town recently. There is a problem with the item you purchased. Write a letter to the store manager. In your letter explain the details of your purchase describe the problem that you have with it suggest what can be done about it
Dear
Store
manager,
I am writing this
letter to inform you about the blue colour cabinet which I purchased last
Friday with a value of 200 dollars from your city store
in Vancouver.
Please note that the delivered item was not in the original condition as what we saw at the store
. It had a crack on the left side of the door and also
the paint on the front side had scratches all over. It was disappointing to see that the store
has not lived up to the expectation it proceeds.
I would like to request that you sent someone to fix the crack and also
to do a fresh paint so that it can be used without any issues since it is covered by the warranty which includes any transportation damages as well.
Your urgent attention to this
is highly appreciated.
Yours faithfully,
Suhitha
