My name is Venkatesh Ravichandran and I am one of your frequent customers. I live in Dubai silicon oasis and have been using your services and purchasing your products since 2016.
On Monday, Nov 23rd, I visited your store to purchase a new TV
.I bought LG LED TV
which has the code NX817201. On purchasing this

, I was assured that this
was the latest model and the best there was to buy. However
, when I got home, I discovered not only did the remote controls not work but also
the quality of the picture was not as good as promised, in fact, it was quite blurry. I called your customer service representative immediately on Monday and I was assured that my TV
would be replaced or repaired within 2 days. I am disappointed to say this
has not happened yet and I have received no communication since then

I am exceedingly displeased with both the quality of the product I purchase from your company as well as the poor customer service I have received since. I hope this
problem would be resolved as soon as possible. I expect to receive a replacement product or have my new TV
repaired only if it could be done within a day.
