You should spend about 20 minutes on this task. You have just received a credit card statement from your bank. The statement lists a number of expensive purchases that you are sure you did not make. Write a letter to the bank manager. In the letter: • Introduce yourself. • Explain that you did not buy the items listed. • Say what you would like the bank to do to fix the problem. You do not need to write any addresses. Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Sir/ Madam,
Hope you are doing well. My name is Sandeep Kaur and I am a customer of Scotia Bank for 2 years. As you know, my credit is quite good. Recently, I received a credit card statement which indicates that an amount is due on my card which I spent on some luxury items.
To begin
with, as I am on a student permit and I don't have enough balance which allows me to buy such
high price products. As listed in the letter, there is a variety of items for which I didn't pay. These are fake statements. For more clarification, you can check my bank balance statements. Moreover
, I pay my credit card balance from time to time.
According to me, someone tried to fraud me through the internet. If the action will not take by you on time, it can worsen the problem. Could you please get information about them and correct all the issues?
I hope you will consider my condition and solve the matter as soon as possible.
Yours faithfully,
Sandeep KaurSubmitted by kaursandeep79561 on
