The extreme pressure to study hard has left many young one’s with lack of idle time. This situation is caused not only by parental pressure but also by the limited job opportunities. The plausible solution would be reducing the pressure and government should provide volunteer work.

Some individuals believe that sugary products should be more expensive, and with this increasement in price there would be a consume reduction. I totally agree with this statement not only because sugar has a direct impact on the public health care system, but also because sugar has an addiction power and should follow the same rules as others vice products.

On the other hand, there are a few proven solutions to tackle this problem such as avoiding caffeine and staying awake the whole day.
