The flow chart illustrates the steps and tool
that is
employed to manufacture sand, and how concrete is made from adhesive .
Overall
,the production of mud is seven stages with four pieces of equipment. The tools include a crusher,a blender, a rotating heater and a grinder,
while
the production of concrete is two procedures with just one machine (concrete blender).
The first step is
that the required quantity of limestone and clay is poured into a crusher,
this
is to reduce the size of the materials into powder .
The next step is
that the crushed limestones and clay are
then
transferred into a machine called a mixer in other to mix the materials together. After the proper mixture has taken place,it
thereafter
moved into a tool called a rotating heater where heat is introduced for the powder to become dry.
Following
this
,the dried mixture is transferred into a grinder to it a fine texture which is known as plaster. At the final stage, the product is packaged into a bag ready to be used for construction. Moving to the manufacturing of concrete,
firstly
,15% of sand and 10% of water is poured into a container known as a concrete food processor.
Secondly
, 25% of sand and 50% of gravel(small stones) are
also
added to the contents already in the blender. The mixture of these four materials results in concrete
that is
used for building.
