letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent dining experience at your outlet. First of all, I visited the

namely "Taj Banjar" on 30th October, unexpectedly there was no reserved table, even though I booked an online reservation. I waited almost 30 minutes before getting to the dining table.

, the waiter was not paying attention to my order. He was busy watching a cricket match. I ordered Chicken Biryani and Mutton soup ,but the food tasted horrible , it was too salty . I was extremely disappointed with the food and service.
