The pie-chart indicates the average percentages in the USA everyday meals of three types of nutrients, all of which bring negative effects to your health if consumed too much. At first glance,it can be seen that
dinner
contains the most
amount
of sodium and saturated fat, and
breakfast
is the most healthy among all meals. To be more specific, it is evident that the
amount
of sodium in
dinner
is the highest at a whopping 43% since it is the biggest meal of the day followed by lunch at 29%,
breakfast
and snacks share the same
amount
at 14%. In saturated fat pie, it is nearly identical to the sodium pie chart with
dinner
containing the most fat at 37%, and the least fat in
breakfast
at 16%. Snacks overthrow
dinner
in the
amount
of added sugar at the percentages of 42% to 23% and
breakfast
is still the healthiest of them all at 16%.
