Some people believe that the government should provide financial assistance to all artists including painters, musicians and poets. Others think that it is a waste of money. Discuss both points of views and give your opinion

Whilst providing monetary help to artists is both supported and opposed by the public. Notwithstanding some merits of the former view, my opinion is that the legislative body should not directly involve in financially helping any specific section of society. Explicated below are my perspectives on both the views and the basis of my belief.

Every country has been belong to some historic value and culture. Historic building told every part of the history. The Government plays an important role to maintain and defend the ancient part of their society. Discuss about a bag you want to own. where you want to buy it, how much it will cost you and why you want this kind of bag?

Nowadays, there are plenty of bags available in the market like shoulder bags, messenger bag etc. If I talk about myself, I think I would like to buy a bagpack. Instead of bying it through online sites, I would rather buy it from the shopping mall nearby my vicinity. Since I would buy a branded bagpack, so it may cost me around 2 to 3,000 rupees. However, sometimes various companies give 10-20% discount for boosting their sales, so if I wait till the offer, it might cost me around 1600 rupees. I prefer this kind of bag beacuse they are more comfortable and practical in day to day use. I commute to different places by scooty so backpack is easy to carry on it. Moreover it distributes the burden equally on the shoulders and back, so one can carry it for long hours.
