These days, many children have an unhealthy lifestyle. Some points effects on children's health. One of them is fast food. Because the taste and shape of fast foods encourage children to eat it. Parents to avoid eating these foods by children must cook delicious food at home and concern about which taste of a kind food may choose by children. The second reason of unhealthy lifestyle is eating more cake and chocolates. These foods cause too big bodies, more weight and rise unbalance diabetes.
