The judge proceeding very serious process in every society . Other states show criminal trials on the public television . In my opinion that tele casting court proceeding has more drawback than the benefits.firstly the public can learn a lot about the court proceeding . In other words people wil have more awareness which can be helpful . Secondly wathching the criminal on trial can serve as a warning to other crime .as a result it can help to reduce the crime rate . For example in my country government reported 15 % decline in the wrong doing among youth in 2018 due to the televising of law courts . In conclusion despite the benefits the drawback of an open television trial could be disastrous due to the public and media pressure . Many countries seen crominal trials publicy on the public television.
